In 2020 Nino founded his own company "Denim Dynasty" – a brand that emerges out of more than 15 years of experience in Denim Finishing Processes all over the world, putting together knowledge, hands-on skills and an unconventional mindset – helping companies in the denim industry to transform their way around product scalability, denim innovation and denim prototype development.

Rebecca joined our denim journey as the new Head of Marketing. She is enriching our strategies and communications on all levels. She started her professional career in the events sector, organizing corporate events for all kinds of different companies. After several years, Rebecca discovered a passion for communication and marketing and decided to deepen into denim.

Dilek has joined our team as the new Head of Design. She brings over 15 years of experience in denim design and development, working with brands and manufacturers all over the world. Her deep understanding of laser technology applications, makes her the perfect fit to lead our design efforts. 

Jordi is our Head of Communications. His extensive experience in audio-visual communication allows Denim Dynasty to publish ideas in the form of relatable stories. He is our voice and empowers us to get closer to our audience.
